Position Summary

We’re currently looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development and Insurance Telematics to join our team based in Charlotte, NC.

In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, marketing, and sales teams while building strong external partnerships to accelerate adoption and business impact. We’re looking for a driven, energetic professional who excels in relationship-building, communication, and delivering results in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

This position is FULLY REMOTE. Open to any state within the US and time zone

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position would be $120,000 to $130,000 + monthly sales incentives that is based on experience, qualifications and compensation guidelines

Pay Range: $101,600.00 - $172,700.00

Responsibilities

- Manages experienced professionals who exercise independent discretion and/or manages a functional area or process that may or may not have direct reports.
- Implements policy and strategy for short-term results and influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
- Decision making is guided by strategic objectives of specialization.
- Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate with executive leadership.
- Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

- 10+ years of direct or relevant working experience managing partners and selling software and services solutions through channels.
- Telematics or Commercial Insurance Auto experience critical, ideal candidate will have experience with or deep knowledge of commercial insurance telematics programs.
- Excellence in strategic planning, problem-solving, analytics, written and verbal communication to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
- High organizational skills and deadline management are a must.
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Self-starting and collaborative.
- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and across multiple locations.
- Up to 20% travel.
