INTRODUCTION
We Breathe Life Into Data
At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That's why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry's largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare's most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we're helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.
As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver "wow," and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.
THE OPPORTUNITY AT KOMODO HEALTH:
Komodo Health is reimagining how revenue operations runs. We are moving beyond a static SaaS stack toward an AI-centric model where sellers and operations teams are supported by intelligent systems that handle rote work and surface the right action at the right moment.
As Senior Manager, Field Systems & AI, you will sit at the intersection of revenue operations, technology, and applied AI. You will lead discussions with Sales and RevOps leaders to understand their processes and pain, then turn those requirements into working solutions: prototypes you build yourself, and production systems you scale with our developers. This is a builder role for someone who has used AI to deliver measurable productivity gains and wants to do it at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Partner with the field: Lead working sessions with Sales and Revenue Operations leaders and stakeholders to map processes, policies, and friction across lead management, pipeline, forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfillment.
- Translate requirements into solutions: Turn business needs into clear designs, build prototypes quickly, and work with developers to harden and scale them into production.
- Apply AI to real work: Use AI platforms to automate rote tasks and give sellers and operations users more selling time, and measure the impact in time saved, cycle time, and adoption.
- Own the RevOps tech stack: Administer and improve our sales platforms, setting the standard for what excellent automation and data management look like.
- Champion a builder culture: Help the revenue organization think beyond the current SaaS stack, while keeping solutions practical, scalable, and grounded in real outcomes.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You bring at least 10 years of experience from one of two backgrounds: a Revenue Operations role with strong technical skills and hands-on ownership of GTM tech stacks, or a strategic systems integration consulting background working with enterprise B2B high-tech companies to implement automation across their customers' commercial lifecycle operations.
- You understand enterprise sales and revenue operations processes and policies deeply, and you are comfortable leading the conversation with senior Sales stakeholders. You are equally at home in the build: turning a whiteboard into a prototype and a prototype into a production system. Above all, you are not a casual user of AI. You have direct, demonstrable experience using AI to automate work and make commercial teams more productive, and you can back it with metrics.
WHAT YOU BRING TO KOMODO HEALTH:
- GTM platform depth: Hands-on administration and configuration of enterprise GTM tech stacks, including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a clear point of view on what excellence looks like for automation and data management.
- Revenue operations fluency: Working knowledge of RevOps processes and policies across lead management, account and territory management, pipeline management and forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfillment, spanning the full commercial lifecycle.
- Applied AI experience: Direct experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini for task automation and development, with results you can quantify.
- Data and analytics rigor: Strong grounding in data management best practices and analytics or BI.
- A builder mindset: Willingness to embrace an AI-centric culture, think beyond today's SaaS stack, and make sure ideas move from concept to practical, scalable production.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'D PRIORITIZE (NICE TO HAVE)…
- Programming skills: Python, TypeScript, SQL, etc.
- Integration and orchestration: Experience with Workato or another integration or orchestration platform.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
Komodo Health has a hybrid work model with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago. Roles vary — some can be performed from anywhere in the country, others are scoped to a specific region, and some are based near one of our hubs. For hub-based Dragons, we're building intentional in-office rhythms alongside the flexibility that's core to how we work. Whatever your setup, expectations will always be clear before you join.
