PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of all signs in a safe manner that is consistent with company policies and meet customer requirements. The lead has a broader service knowledge/expertise. This is a safety sensitive position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS

· Understand and demonstrate company culture known as “The Pinnacle Way” in all internal and external business functions.

· Effectively and professionally communicate with customers while projecting a favorable image for company.

· Follow sequence of service request schedule assignments and document scope of work completed daily.

· Effectively and safely transport materials/product to and from specified locations.

· Safely load, secure and unload materials/product from truck in an efficient manner.

· Read and interpret service requests and specifications.

· Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

· Ensure that work is completed in accordance with company service and repair procedures.

· Collect payments from customers when necessary.

· Proactively communicate vehicle service needs to supervisor.

· Maintain stock of materials and supplies in work vehicles and participate in the inventory and organization of stock in the fleet facility.

· Serve as subject matter expert in service, sharing knowledge and expertise.

· Assist in training of Professional Service Technicians.

· Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines on construction sites.

· General knowledge of electrical wiring.

· General knowledge of DOT requirements.

· Proficiency using mobile devices, including smart phones and other electrical equipment.

· Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

· Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maneuver it while monitoring surroundings.

· Ability to determine proper tool and equipment to perform the job.

· Ability to troubleshoot, test, and repair equipment and products.

· Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, plans, blueprints and maps.

· High attention to detail and high level of craftsmanship.

· Ability to climb, work at high altitudes, and stand for long periods of time.

· Ability to use hand tools, welding equipment and install/repair/replace lighting elements.

· Effectively demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.

· Effective organizational, time management and problem solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
