We are seeking a motivated, creative, and organized Social Media & Marketing Intern to help strengthen our online presence, promote our brands, and support marketing initiatives across our portfolio of businesses.

Position Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Intern will work directly with ownership and management to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, support marketing campaigns, and help increase customer engagement and brand awareness across multiple businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, hospitality marketing, and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles.
• Capture photos and videos at restaurant and business locations.
• Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries as directed.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.

Marketing & Branding

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
• Help design flyers, menus, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts.
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all businesses and platforms.
• Research competitors and industry trends.

Content Creation

• Create short-form video content for social media.
• Write engaging captions, blog posts, and promotional copy.
• Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
• Assist with photography and video editing.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track social media performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve audience growth and customer engagement.

Additional Projects

• Support marketing efforts for real estate and other company assets when needed.
• Assist with community partnerships, sponsorships, and local events.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

QualificationsPreferred

• Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
• Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content for businesses.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant, hospitality, or real estate marketing.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising on social media platforms.
