BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required
• A Master's degree is preferred
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in an Upper school setting (grades 6-12)
• A valid teaching certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pedagogical practices and learning theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
