- Compliance & Credentialing: Collaborate with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure all selected candidates meet state board of pharmacy regulations, certifications, and background requirements prior to their start date
- Process Efficiency: Partner heavily with the TA Lead and the broader Operations TA Team to audit and optimize high-volume hiring workflows, removing friction for candidates and keeping time-to-hire low
- Data & Recruitment Events: Maintain meticulous data integrity within our ATS. Leverage metrics to track pipeline health and help organize, host, and execute localized hiring events and open houses
- AI Strategy & Tool Adoption: Strategically leverage AI tools in recruitment to maximize capacity, streamline time-consuming administrative tasks, and enhance overall recruiting capabilities
YOU HAVE:
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Industry Background: Dedicated experience recruiting Pharmacy Technicians, Healthcare professionals, or Certified/Licensed staff is highly preferred

- Candidate-Obsessed Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with a passion for guiding candidates smoothly through a high-volume interview and compliance process
- Tools: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday) and high-volume sourcing/engagement tools
- Location: Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity each week at our Gilbert/Mesa facility to maintain a close, active partnership with pharmacy leadership
