About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x and hands-on experience in production support and CEMLI/RICE development. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and support scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support CEMLI/RICE components (Conversions, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, Integrations, Reports).
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and optimization of existing solutions.
- Work on integrations with external systems (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud).
- Support and enhance EBS modules across Finance, Order to Cash (O2C), and Procure to Pay (P2P).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of strong technical experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
- Hands-on experience in CEMLI/RICE development and production support (mandatory).
- Expertise in:
- PL/SQL
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- Workflow
- Shell scripting
- XML / BI Publisher Reports
- Strong understanding of EBS functional flows:
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Financial modules
- Experience with EDI integrations.
- Proficiency with Git/Version control (good to have).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Oracle APEX (optional).
- Hands-on knowledge of OAF (Oracle Applications Framework) / ADF.
- Experience in upgrades, implementations, or rollouts.
- Exposure to MWA (Mobile Web Applications) extensions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Functional Knowledge
- Good understanding of Oracle Financial modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management
- Fixed Assets
