Job Title: Gutter Installation Technician

Pay: $70,000-$120,000

What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew while working alongside them on gutter installations.
• Fabricate and install gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards.
• Perform gutter cleaning and repairs.
• Organize daily work, assign tasks, and keep jobs moving efficiently.
• Train and guide crew members to meet quality and safety standards.
• Check completed work and leave job sites clean.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the Badger Gutters team.
• Drive a company truck and tow a trailer to job sites.

What Qualifications You’ll Need

• At least two years of experience installing gutters.
• Previous experience leading a crew.
• Comfort working at heights on roofs and ladders.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to drive a company truck and tow a trailer.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and use heavy ladders.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, year-round work.
• Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays.
• Typically 40–50 hours per week during busy periods, with weather-related days off.
• Hourly pay plus overtime or production-based earnings.
• Annual earning potential of $70,000–$120,000.
• Bonus opportunities for strong performance.
• Company-provided truck, trailer, tools, and safety equipment.
