The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well‑established, global enterprise software company to hire a Project Manager to lead customer‑facing software implementation projects across supply chain and logistics environments. This role is ideal for an experienced delivery‑focused Project Manager who enjoys working with external clients, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and guiding organizations through change as they adopt cloud‑based software solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live
- Own project planning, timelines, scope, budget, risks, and escalation
- Manage multiple customer projects concurrently (typically 1–3 at a time)
- Serve as the primary delivery lead coordinating consultants, solution owners, developers, and integration specialists
- Act as a trusted partner to customers at operational and leadership levels
- Support customers through change management and adoption as new systems and processes are implemented
- Coordinate closely with product and development teams, including international engineering resources, particularly for cloud/SaaS solutions
- Facilitate project status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive updates
- Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure timely communication and resolution
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs) in line with agreed scope and commercial terms
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction
