The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well‑established, global enterprise software company to hire a Project Manager to lead customer‑facing software implementation projects across supply chain and logistics environments. This role is ideal for an experienced delivery‑focused Project Manager who enjoys working with external clients, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and guiding organizations through change as they adopt cloud‑based software solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live
- Own project planning, timelines, scope, budget, risks, and escalation
- Manage multiple customer projects concurrently (typically 1–3 at a time)
- Serve as the primary delivery lead coordinating consultants, solution owners, developers, and integration specialists
- Act as a trusted partner to customers at operational and leadership levels
- Support customers through change management and adoption as new systems and processes are implemented
- Coordinate closely with product and development teams, including international engineering resources, particularly for cloud/SaaS solutions
- Facilitate project status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive updates
- Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure timely communication and resolution
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs) in line with agreed scope and commercial terms
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Required Experience
- 4–7+ years of experience managing external, customer‑facing software projects
- Strong foundation in project management fundamentals (planning, timelines, budgets, scope, risk)
- Experience delivering enterprise software solutions, ideally cloud or SaaS
- Comfort working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate ambiguity
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams without direct authority
Preferred Background
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, optimization, analytics, or enterprise operations software
- Experience working alongside active development teams where solutions continue to evolve
- Familiarity with modern PM tools and Microsoft‑based delivery environments
Personal Attributes
- Strong communication and relationship‑management skills
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, team‑first approach
- Professional, customer‑facing presence
- Comfortable operating independently with limited day‑to‑day supervision
- Focused on enabling teams, not acting as the solution expert
This role is about project leadership and delivery discipline, not hands‑on solution design or consulting ownership.
Location, Work Style & Travel
- Based in Atlanta, GA close to Perimeter Mall
- Hybrid work environment with regular office presence preferred (3 days per week)
- Approximately 20–30% travel, primarily within the US, tied to key project milestones
Education & Credentials
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus but not required
Why This Role
- Work on impactful enterprise software projects that support real‑world supply chain operations
- Join a growing North American team within a globally established organization
- Competitive compensation, annual bonus, strong benefits, and work‑life balance
- Long‑term growth potential for senior or lead project management responsibilities

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as an Implementation Project Manager
Translate your credentials into TN language
TN approval depends on fitting the Management Consultant category, not your job title alone. Frame your resume around business systems analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder guidance rather than generic project coordination to match USCIS classification criteria.
Target employers experienced with visa sponsorship
Large technology, healthcare, and enterprise software companies have in-house immigration teams familiar with TN sponsorship processes. Smaller employers may not know the TN category covers implementation roles, so come prepared to explain the classification yourself.
Secure a detailed offer letter before crossing the border
Canadian professionals can obtain TN status directly at a port of entry, but CBP officers evaluate your offer letter on the spot. It must specify your role, the consulting nature of the work, your degree, and a defined project or engagement scope.
Clarify dual-intent risk with your hiring manager early
TN status does not allow dual intent, meaning openly pursuing a green card can jeopardize future TN renewals. Raise this in pre-offer conversations so the employer's immigration counsel can structure your engagement appropriately from the start.
Use Migrate Mate to find employers with active TN sponsorship
Search Migrate Mate to identify companies currently hiring Implementation Project Managers with TN visa sponsorship. Filtering by visa type saves time and connects you directly with employers already set up to support the TN process.
Prepare for Mexican consular appointments with complete employer support letters
Mexican citizens apply at a U.S. consulate and need the employer's support letter plus evidence of your qualifying degree. Consular wait times vary by location, so confirm the appointment window with your employer before accepting an offer start date.

Find Implementation Project Manager JobsImplementation Project Manager TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does an Implementation Project Manager role qualify for TN visa status?
Yes, but the classification depends on your actual duties, not your job title. CBP and consular officers assess whether your work fits the Management Consultant category, which covers systems implementation, process analysis, and organizational guidance. Roles focused primarily on internal task management rather than advisory or consulting functions face higher scrutiny and may not qualify without a well-drafted support letter.
How does TN visa sponsorship for this role compare to H-1B?
TN has no annual lottery, no filing fee for the petition itself for Canadians entering at the border, and no cap for Canadian citizens. H-1B selection is randomized and capped at 85,000 annually. For Implementation Project Managers who qualify under the Management Consultant category, TN is generally faster to obtain and simpler for the employer to support, making it a practical alternative for Canadian and Mexican professionals.
Where can I find Implementation Project Manager jobs that offer TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Canadian and Mexican professionals seeking U.S. roles with TN visa sponsorship. You can search by job title and filter for employers already set up to support TN classification, which removes the step of educating recruiters about the visa category from scratch.
Can I renew my TN status indefinitely in an implementation role?
TN status is granted in three-year increments with no statutory limit on renewals, provided you maintain a qualifying employer relationship and the role continues to meet the Management Consultant definition. However, a long-term pattern of renewals with the same employer in a permanent-looking position can complicate approvals if officers question whether the engagement remains temporary in nature.
What happens if my implementation project ends before my TN status expires?
Your TN status is tied to the sponsoring employer, not the specific project. If the engagement ends, you have a grace period of up to 60 days to find a new qualifying employer or prepare to leave the U.S. Starting a new TN with a different employer requires a new approval, either at the border for Canadians or through a consular appointment for Mexican citizens.
