Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Growth Product Manager
Map your degree to TN categories
Growth PM roles don't have a dedicated TN category, so your sponsorship eligibility hinges on how your degree and job duties align with Management Consultant or Computer Systems Analyst. A business or computer science degree strengthens either argument.
Target companies with existing TN infrastructure
Employers who have filed TN paperwork before move faster and make fewer errors. Filter your search to technology and SaaS companies, where TN sponsorship for product and growth roles is most common and HR teams are familiar with the process.
Prepare a detailed offer letter before filing
CBP officers reviewing your TN at the border assess the offer letter, not a separate petition. Your letter must specify duties, degree requirement, and employment duration. Vague descriptions of 'driving growth' without linking to a qualifying TN category are the most common cause of denial.
Use Migrate Mate to find sponsoring employers
Search Migrate Mate to identify Growth Product Manager roles at employers actively offering TN visa sponsorship, so you're not cold-applying and discovering after an offer that the company won't sponsor.
Align your TN category with actual job duties
If your role shifts heavily toward engineering or analytics post-hire, document that the core growth strategy and consulting functions remain primary. A category mismatch at renewal is a common problem for Growth PMs whose scope expands into engineering leadership.

Find Growth Product Manager JobsGrowth Product Manager TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Growth Product Manager qualify as a TN visa occupation?
There's no TN category listed as 'Growth Product Manager,' but the role can qualify under Management Consultant or Computer Systems Analyst depending on your duties and degree. If you're driving growth strategy, experimentation frameworks, and cross-functional recommendations, Management Consultant is typically the stronger fit. If your work is predominantly systems analysis and data infrastructure, Computer Systems Analyst applies. The offer letter must clearly reflect whichever category you claim.
How does TN visa sponsorship compare to H-1B for this role?
For Canadian citizens, TN is significantly faster than H-1B. There's no lottery, no annual cap, and no multi-month USCIS processing wait. You can be approved at the border on the day you present your offer letter and credentials. Mexican nationals need a consular appointment, which adds time but still avoids the H-1B lottery. For Growth PM roles at companies already familiar with TN, the process is straightforward once the offer letter is written correctly.
What documents do I need to support a TN application as a Growth PM?
You'll need a qualifying bachelor's degree in a field relevant to your TN category, a detailed offer letter from your U.S. employer, and proof of Canadian or Mexican citizenship. For Management Consultant claims, a degree in business, economics, or a related field strengthens your case. If you're going in under Computer Systems Analyst, a degree in computer science or information systems is expected. Bring original degree certificates and transcripts, not photocopies.
Where can I find Growth Product Manager jobs that include TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter for Growth Product Manager roles at employers who explicitly offer TN visa sponsorship, which saves significant time compared to applying broadly and discovering sponsorship limitations late in the process. Most standard job searches don't surface TN-specific sponsorship data, so a targeted tool makes a practical difference.
Can I switch employers on a TN visa if I get a better Growth PM offer?
Yes. TN status is tied to a specific employer, so changing jobs requires a new TN application supported by your new employer's offer letter. As a Canadian, you can do this at the border without advance USCIS filing. Timing matters: don't resign until your new TN documentation is ready. There's no formal grace period for TN holders in the regulations, so a gap in employment status is a real risk.
