The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, strong problem-solving capabilities, and experience working in complex public sector or enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization initiatives
- Develop ServiceNow portals, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow team
- Support Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Workflow/Flow Designer
- Service Catalog and Portal development
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with:
- ITOM, CMDB, Discovery
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

- Familiarity with Knowledge Management and Virtual Agent / AI capabilities
