Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year

JOB DETAILS

- Lead all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, labor, and consultants
- Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance for assigned projects
- Develop and manage site-specific safety and quality plans
- Coordinate schedules, track milestones, and run daily/weekly field meetings
- Partner with project teams and clients to ensure successful project execution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Prior experience as a traveling superintendent preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction plans, specs, and scheduling (CPM)
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
