JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces.
- Design user flows and experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with project goals.
- Apply design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field required.
