Summary
As a Product Designer in the Seller Experience space, you’ll be part of the Company’s core design team. In this role, you’ll envision and craft exceptional user experiences for millions of sellers around the world. Applying design creativity and user-centered principles, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams that are reshaping the social, mobile, and live commerce landscapes at scale. Your primary responsibility will be to design elegant, intuitive interfaces that solve complex interaction challenges. The solutions you deliver will empower sellers to manage and ship their orders more efficiently—contributing directly to their economic success. Strong interaction design skills, supported by visual design and systems thinking expertise, are essential for this role. Success in this position also requires the ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable systems that simplify how sellers fulfill and ship orders of all sizes.
- Explore a wide range of design concepts to identify the best solutions, balancing business goals with customer needs.
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to guide projects from early ideation through to production-ready deliverables.
- Create user scenarios, storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity designs, and prototypes across the product development lifecycle.
- Identify unmet user needs and rally your cross-functional teammates around solving them.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of professional experience designing software or consumer products within complex organizational ecosystems, demonstrating a hands-on approach to delivering end-to-end user experiences.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for craft, demonstrated through competitive analysis, user research, interaction and visual design, prototyping, storytelling, and AI-enhanced design and collaboration techniques.
- Deep understanding of the user-centered design process, with experience working closely with Designers, Product Managers, Product Marketing, Business Partners, and Developers across the product ecosystem.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figma Make.
- A portfolio that highlights relevant design projects and clearly communicates your design process, explorations, and final outcomes.
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $67.17/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
