COMPANY DESCRIPTION
At Link Snacks, we show up hungry, roll up our sleeves, plaid or otherwise, and dive straight into the hard work. We don’t hide from challenges; we hunt them down. We push harder, move faster, and take the kinds of big swings that built this business in the North Woods of Wisconsin four decades ago.
We’re everyday people who deliver extraordinary results. Innovation, creativity, and urgency aren’t buzzwords, they’re expectations. And just like the real protein snacks we make across our global house of brands—Jack Link’s®, Lorissa’s Kitchen®, Golden Island®, BiFi®, and Peperami® to name a few—there’s nothing artificial about us. What you see is exactly what you get: humble, gritty, passionate people who show up every day ready to not just be a participant in the meat snack industry that the Link Family created, but to move faster, innovate harder and keep raising the bar so high, the rest of the world needs a ladder just to see it.
Dominating this space across the world takes a team. A team that runs together, succeeds together, and celebrates together. A team that’s full of relentless energy and spirit that can only be fueled by one thing: a fist full of our delicious meat snacks.
Real Meat Protein. Real People. Real Results. THAT is Link Snacks.

Which companies sponsor visas for snack bar attendants in Arkansas?
Arkansas venues with concession and food service operations are the most likely sponsors, including Simmons Bank Arena in Little Rock, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, and Walmart AMP amphitheater in Rogers. Larger hospitality management contractors such as Sodexo and Aramark, which operate concession stands across Arkansas sports and entertainment venues, have broader sponsorship infrastructure than smaller independent operators.
Which visa types are most common for snack bar attendant roles in Arkansas?
The H-2B temporary nonagricultural worker visa is the most common pathway for snack bar attendant roles in Arkansas, particularly for seasonal positions at racing venues, arenas, and outdoor amphitheaters. The J-1 cultural exchange visa is another option for eligible candidates placed through approved sponsor organizations. H-1B sponsorship is generally not applicable to snack bar attendant roles, as these positions do not typically qualify as specialty occupations requiring a bachelor's degree.
How to find snack bar attendant visa sponsorship jobs in Arkansas?
Migrate Mate is the most targeted way to find snack bar attendant visa sponsorship jobs in Arkansas, as it filters listings specifically by role and visa sponsorship availability. Rather than sorting through general job boards, Migrate Mate surfaces employers in Arkansas who are actively open to sponsoring international workers for food service and concession roles, saving significant time in your search.
Which cities in Arkansas have the most snack bar attendant sponsorship jobs?
Little Rock, Fayetteville, and Hot Springs are the strongest markets for snack bar attendant sponsorship roles in Arkansas. Little Rock has the highest concentration of arena and event venues, Fayetteville benefits from University of Arkansas athletics and a busy entertainment district, and Hot Springs supports year-round concession demand at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and Lake Hamilton recreation areas.
Are there state-specific considerations for snack bar attendant visa sponsorship in Arkansas?
Arkansas employers sponsoring workers under H-2B must meet the Department of Labor's prevailing wage requirements for food service occupations in the specific Arkansas county or metro area where the job is located. Many Arkansas venues are seasonal, meaning H-2B sponsorship is tied to a defined peak period rather than year-round employment. Workers should confirm the exact employment dates and location before accepting a sponsored role, as H-2B status is position-specific and non-transferable without a new petition.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored snack bar attendant jobs in Arkansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
