We are a multi-generational construction firm specializing in preconstruction, design-build, and general contracting services throughout Northern California. Our team is heavily involved in each project from concept through delivery, with estimating playing a key role in project success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience
- Experience pricing commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects
- Ability to perform takeoffs, develop budgets, and coordinate subcontractor bids
- Familiarity with conceptual estimating and value engineering
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with plans and specs
