Pay Range: $118 - $122/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In Partnership with Business Development Teams:
-
Provide High Touch Technical Support with Strategic Clients to Facilitate the Migration from the content API for shopping to the merchant API.
-
Manage Relationships with a portfolio of partners with senior internal and external stakeholders.
-
Design support solutions to complex customer challenges and recognize patterns that can be reused by other partners.
-
Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, educate partners and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
-
Communicate pre-migration assessment, flag detected errors and migration-related issues.
-
Work With Business Development, Product Managers and partner operations managers to upgrade top clients’ integration and make tools requests required to improve processes and performance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE:

4-5 Years of experience in a technical, partner-facing role with a strong customer focus.

Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (E.G., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including Data Structures, Algorithms, And Software Design.

Deep expertise with restful APIs, including integration, troubleshooting, and debugging. Coding skills required. Experience with client's shopping APIs is a huge plus!

Proficiency in SQL for managing and analyzing data.

Trust & safety experience.

Proven Project Management Skills, with experience in managing complex technical migrations.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Language: Fluent English is required. Other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese) appreciated.
