Company Overview:
Bridgenext is a digital consulting services leader that helps clients innovate with intention and realize their digital aspirations by creating digital products, experiences, and solutions around what real people need. Our global consulting and delivery teams facilitate highly strategic digital initiatives through digital product engineering, automation, data engineering, and infrastructure modernization services, while elevating brands through digital experience, creative content, and customer data analytics services.
Don't just work, thrive. At Bridgenext, you have an opportunity to make a real difference - driving tangible business value for clients, while simultaneously propelling your own career growth. Our flexible and inclusive work culture provides you with the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to succeed.
Position Description:
We are seeking a Management Consultant who starts every engagement with "why" before moving to "what" or "how." You'll combine product management discipline with design thinking to help clients articulate the business outcomes they're truly after—then architect solutions that deliver those outcomes. This role requires someone who can resist the pull toward premature solutions and instead invest deeply in understanding the business case for change.
You will lead client Digital Realization discovery to uncover the underlying business drivers, strategic objectives, and operational challenges behind change initiatives, going beyond stated requirements to define the true problem to solve. Through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business analysis, you will assess current-state performance across processes, systems, user behaviors, and organizational dynamics, identify gaps, and quantify the business value of closing them.
Leveraging strong consulting expertise, you will structure ambiguous problem spaces, develop and test hypotheses, and apply proven frameworks to ensure focus on the highest-value opportunities. Once the strategic “why” is clear and defined in a North Star you create, you will translate business objectives into a compelling product or solution vision, define required capabilities, and build value-driven roadmaps that balance strategic impact, user needs, and delivery feasibility. This will all culminate in delivery and client buy-in to a formal business case for initiative approvals.
You will work with Design Teams to ground recommendations in user-centered design by developing personas, journey maps, and experience concepts that build shared understanding and validate assumptions early. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to account for technical feasibility and implementation complexity while relying on specialists for deep technical decisions. Throughout each engagement, you will document and communicate the strategic rationale behind decisions to guide delivery teams and maintain alignment on intended business outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead Bridgenext Digital Realization client discovery to uncover the true business drivers, strategic imperatives, and risks behind initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to assess current-state business performance, processes, user behaviors, and organizational constraints
- Define and quantify the value of change by identifying gaps between current and target states (e.g., revenue impact, cost reduction, risk mitigation, speed-to-market)
- Structure ambiguous problem spaces using proven product and strategy frameworks to ensure focus on the highest-value opportunities
- Work with AI tools to explore problem spaces, conduct discovery, and synthesize insights into actionable outcomes
- Translate business objectives into a clear product or solution vision, required capabilities, and value-driven roadmaps
- Lead prioritization and trade-off discussions balancing business value, user impact, strategic alignment, and delivery feasibility
- Ground recommendations in user needs through personas, journey maps, and experience concepts that align stakeholders early
- Partner with delivery and engineering teams to incorporate technical feasibility while remaining focused on business outcomes
- Document and communicate the strategic rationale behind decisions to guide delivery teams and maintain alignment throughout execution
Workplace: Remote in the US
Must Have Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, or related roles
- Proven capabilities with development of business cases, financial analysis, and ROI modeling
- Experience with stakeholder management and executive-level communication and facilitation
- Hands-on experience exploring and evaluating AI tools, leading discovery efforts, and synthesizing findings to inform decisions and solution design
- Have facilitated workshops to uncover underlying business and user needs
- Ability to lead with design, both thinking and service design, including personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototyping working closely with Design and Engineering teams
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable outcomes
- Technical fluency to assess feasibility, integrations, scalability, and delivery trade-offs
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a discovery-first, problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Background in strategy, management, or product consulting, with strong problem-solving and business analysis frameworks
- Experience in relevant industries or domains, enabling rapid understanding of business context and stakeholder needs
- Prior work in enterprise consulting companies for digital transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to influence without authority, facilitate complex stakeholder discussions, and define business vision and strategy grounded in clear and objective rationale
Professional Skills:
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong team and individual player
- Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
- High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues

Which companies sponsor visas for management consultants in Florida?
The most active sponsors for management consultant roles in Florida include the major global firms: Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, Accenture, McKinsey, and Boston Consulting Group. These firms maintain significant Florida offices, particularly in Miami and Tampa, and have consistent H-1B sponsorship histories. Boutique strategy and operations consulting firms in South Florida's international business corridor also sponsor periodically, though less predictably.
Which visa types are most common for management consultant roles in Florida?
The H-1B is the most common visa for management consultants in Florida, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at minimum a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field. Candidates with MBA degrees from accredited programs are well-positioned. The TN visa is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals with qualifying credentials, and the L-1A is relevant for intracompany transferees moving into managerial consulting roles.
Which cities in Florida have the most management consultant sponsorship jobs?
Miami generates the highest concentration of management consultant sponsorship activity in Florida, driven by its role as a hub for Latin American operations, international banking, and multinational headquarters. Tampa follows, supported by growing financial services and healthcare consulting demand. Orlando has a notable presence in hospitality and theme park operations consulting. Jacksonville sees more sporadic sponsorship activity, primarily from large financial institutions.
How to find management consultant visa sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find management consultant roles in Florida where employers are actively open to visa sponsorship. You can filter specifically by role and state to surface relevant openings without wading through listings that exclude international candidates. Targeting Miami and Tampa first gives you the highest density of opportunities, particularly with global consulting firms and financial sector clients that have established sponsorship processes.
Are there any Florida-specific considerations for management consultants seeking visa sponsorship?
Florida's lack of a state income tax can be a meaningful factor in total compensation discussions, but it does not affect prevailing wage requirements, which are determined federally by the Department of Labor based on the role, level, and specific metropolitan area. Consultants targeting Miami should note that many roles involve cross-border Latin American client work, which can favor candidates with relevant language skills and regional business experience alongside their consulting credentials.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored management consultant jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
