I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in State Farm management, giving me valuable experience in leadership and team development. I’m a graduate of Boise State University, married, and a proud father of five. State Farm also runs in the family - I’m the oldest of four brothers, and all four of us are State Farm agents!
Outside of work, I enjoy coaching, motorcycle riding, and cheering on Boise State football. Giving back is also important to me. I’ve spent time coaching Twin Falls youth basketball and remain involved with the Boy Scouts as both an Eagle Scout and volunteer.

As an Account Associate for Matt Stokes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
