Job Description:
- Lead the experience: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, profitability, and direct the crew and management team

Administrative responsibilities: Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including but not limited to:

Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding

Conduct performance reviews and wage increases

Performance management of the entire restaurant team, including disciplinary action (Example: documenting, suspending, or terminating)

Train, coach, and motivate

Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence
- Inspire and Empower: Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety
- Be results-oriented: Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
- Set the tone: Lead by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards
