THE JOB:
We’re looking for a Lead Retail Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience at MGM Grand. In this role, you’ll support daily store operations, assist guests with a warm and professional approach, and help ensure the store remains organized, fully stocked, and on-brand. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to lead by example will help create memorable moments for our guests well beyond their stay.
THE STARTING RATE: $19.50
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
- Achieve store goals
- Assist Sales Associates with questions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
- Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience in retail
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
