In this role, you will partner closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and operations teams to develop content direction for various mission-critical projects. You will also create high-impact deliverables that deliver on this direction to ensure high-quality content experiences for users. To do that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely on. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.
Experience designing voice, conversational, AI, or multi-modal interfaces for a range of user contexts.
Experience partnering with product and engineering teams, UX design, and research.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and evolve agentic and other AI experiences across Search.
Oversee content design for key work streams, scoping opportunities and delivering high-quality UX deliverables to shape product experiences.
Collaborate with UX and cross-functional partners to align stakeholder expectations and advocate for user-focused content experiences.
Drive ideas to improve user experience by analyzing or anticipating user needs and gaps.
* Define and drive the creation of UX writing and content design frameworks and holistic content strategies, including principles, patterns, and systems.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $132000 - $190000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
