We are currently seeking a SAP AI Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
ABOUT THE ROLE
SAP AI Solution Architect (Director)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a thought leader, technical authority, and people leader, driving innovation, client value realization, and reusable assets across SAP programs.
- Define the SAP enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for SAP BTP AI Automation.
- Align SAP BTP AI Automation offerings with NTT DATA’s global SAP and Digital portfolios.
- Partner with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors on joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Engage and Lead CxO-level conversations on AI-led SAP modernization and automation value across strategic SAP accounts and transformation programs.
- Represent NTT DATA in SAP executive forums, innovation councils, and industry events.
- Establish and govern the AI Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Define standards for architecture, delivery, security, and AI governance.
- Drive investment in accelerators, IP, and reusable assets.
- Collaborate, Build and lead a multi-region skill team.
- Define workforce strategy, certification targets, and succession planning.
- Promote innovation, diversity, and engineering excellence culture.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must Have’s
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in modern solution development, architecture, and implementation of SAP Automation and AI projects or similar SAP Projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP technologies: S/4HANA, SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, Data Intelligence, Joule.
- Strong architectural design and system integration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies.
Travel: This position requires travel on need basis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Nice to Have (but not a must)
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and programming languages.
- DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Jenkins, Pipeline Management).
- Hands-on experience development AI/ML Solutions using BTP AI Services.
- Hands-on experience in BTP Process Automation, RPA bot development is advantage.
Minimum / Required Qualification
15+ years of SAP experience in Solution development, Architecturing and Implementation of SAP Automation.
10+ years of Solution Architect.
5+ years of S/4 HANA, IBP experience.
1+ year of SAP AI experience.
