Position: Systems Administrator
Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the implementation and ongoing administration of a new ServiceNow ticketing platform, replacing/augmenting their current Remedy environment. This is a highly operational role with a strong emphasis on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage and support ITSM processes, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Request Management
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically within ITSM environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise ticketing systems in call center or operations support environments.
- Solid understanding of IT service management best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with network products and technologies is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of 5G network infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Candidates currently working with ServiceNow in telecom environments are strongly preferred.
