POSITION OVERVIEW
B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst II – Retirement to support and administer retirement benefit programs across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This role plays a key role in ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and positive employee experience for large and complex retirement plans. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with meaningful ownership and strong cross functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as plan administrator for 401(k), pension (U.S. and Puerto Rico), and nonqualified deferred compensation plans
- Manage relationships with external recordkeepers and vendors (e.g., Empower, Newport, Aon)
- Oversee nondiscrimination testing, annual audits, and Form 5500 filings
- Support retirement plans with approximately 1,000 participants
- Respond to employee inquiries via the benefits inbox and Benefits line
- Manage plan amendments and support ongoing plan improvements
- Partner with the Leave Analyst to ensure accurate retirement contributions during employee leaves
- Collaborate with Payroll and HRIS on eligibility, contributions, and reconciliations
- Support execution of B. Braun’s financial wellbeing strategy
- Participate in ad hoc benefits and HR-related projects as business needs evolve

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in roles on a corporate benefits team administering retirement programs, retirement plan consulting experience, or working at a third-party administrator administering clients’ retirement plans
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicable industry or professional certification
- Consulting or complex plan experience
