This position directly manages a team of 3-4 direct reports, including AR Analysts, EL Analysts, and a Senior Accountant.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead and execute all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Oversee accounts receivable and manage staff responsible for OTC (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and support cost of goods analysis
- Support high-volume, high-growth operations (all manufacturing is external)
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls
- Utilize NetSuite and FlowCast software for day-to-day operations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as an Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar in the CPG industry
- Prior people management experience preferred
- Strong US GAAP background
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite (required); FlowCast experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A skilled accounting leader confident in overseeing account close processes, comfortable jumping into a fast-paced environment, and ready to lead a team through an important transition. Previous experience covering a leave is a plus.
COMPENSATION
- Salary range: $55.00 - $70.00 hr.
