Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Orangetheory group fitness workouts following OTF workout templates.
- Demonstrate and coach proper exercise form and technique.
- Use heart rate based technology to motivate, educate and challenge members.
- Deliver clear, confident and engaging coaching cues throughout the workout.
- Create a welcoming and high energy environment.
- Assist with member onboarding, goal setting and retention efforts.
- Uphold Orangetheory brand standards of cleanliness and studio policies.
- Work with studio staff to deliver an exceptional member experience for new people and aid in the enrollment process.
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA-NCPPT)
- Current CPR / AED
- Experience coaching group fitness classes preferred (OTF experience a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and connect with people of all fitness levels
- Comfortable coaching large groups and using fitness technology
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Ability to coach and demonstrate exercises for multiple classes in a row
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
