Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure proper stock placement.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management tools, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date.
• Load outgoing shipments safely and efficiently while adhering to shipping logistics standards and trade compliance regulations.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to verify inventory accuracy across warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely following all safety protocols.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing goods for international trade shipments when necessary.
• Support warehouse operations by coordinating with logistics teams to optimize shipping & receiving processes and improve overall efficiency.

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail to maintain precise records of stock movements.
• Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external vendors effectively.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, load & unload procedures, shipping & receiving protocols, and trade compliance standards.
