A Taco Bell Shift Manager oversees restaurant operations during their shift, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Staff: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure employees follow company policies and procedures
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints, maintain a positive dining experience, and ensure service quality
• Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
• Scheduling and Delegation: Create employee schedules, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adequate staffing for each shift Job
• Training and Development: Assist in training new employees, motivate team members, and support ongoing staff development
• Administrative Duties: May include payroll management, ordering supplies, and coordinating with the general manager or corporate offices

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not mandatory
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
