We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Mirasol Family Health Center in Hermiston, OR!

Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.
• New graduate? Make your resume stand out by listing all clinical rotations and your experience in community health or with underserved patient population.

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community.
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care.
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week).
• EMR system is EPIC.
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM.

Position Highlights:

• Base compensation $141k - $155k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
• $15k Hiring Bonus.
• $20k Relocation Allowance.
• Housing/Auto Stipend $1500 (for 1 year if living in clinical site area).
• $25K annual geographical pay differential.
• Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed).
• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala.
• $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
