As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead priority technical programs that deliver AI transformation and increase Googler velocity, deliver foundational infrastructure, and drive security, compliance, and governance across the company. You will navigate deep ambiguity, drive long-term technical strategy, and coordinate complex execution across a broad ecosystem. You will demonstrate exceptional technical judgment, strong communication skills, and drive operational excellence and scale across the complete software development life-cycle.

Responsibilities
- Direct the complete life-cycle of complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives from strategic inception through delivery and continuous optimization across core platform teams.
- Distill intricate engineering execution and risk profiles into actionable executive reporting, leveraging metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance cross-team operational visibility.
- Drive critical architecture decisions, proactively mitigate technical risks, and manage complex system migrations and deprecations to keep partner teams unblocked.
- Advocate ecosystem integration across various engineering groups and product areas, driving clarity, dependency resolution, and milestone alignment in highly ambiguous environments.
- Streamline cross-functional execution processes, partner with leadership to optimize platform tooling, and mentor TPM peers to expand organizational capability.
