WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB
- This job is a member of the Workforce Administration, Maintenance Administration team within the Technical Operations Division.
- Responsible for completing the daily operations of Maintenance Administration who is responsible for managing all team member internal movement in accordance with contractual agreements and acts as liaison with HR, Payroll, Labor Relations as necessary.
- Collaborating with a small group in a busy office setting, ensuring the success of the Maintenance Administration team.

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
- Assist with creating and adding represented team members, who are transferring stations or classifications to requisitions.
- Process furloughed represented team members from recall through return-to-work or termination.
- Monitor and facilitate Onboarding Compliance for represented team members who are awarded a system transfer from requisition through scheduled start date.
- Process and award open vacancies with current team members prior to external hiring (Lookback process).
- Ensure the company is in compliance with all FAA license and stamp requirements in accordance with the GPM.
- Collaborates and communicates with the Association, Labor Relations, Legal, HR, station partners and executive leadership.
- Test all relevant application programming changes, such as ATAB.
- Works shifts primarily Monday through Friday, and weekends and holidays as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent experience/training.
- Experience with database/reporting tools needed to prepare reports for analysis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with represented team member contractual agreements.
- Familiarity with the Onboarding Compliance process.
SKILLS, LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with team members at all levels within company.
- Ability to work under pressure with defined deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to function well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical thinking capabilities.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to develop training and test scenarios for application changes.
