INTRODUCTION
You're not just working a ticket queue. You're owning the platform. This is a senior support role at a specialist credit trading software vendor. Their clients are sophisticated. The product is deep. And because the team is small, what you do actually matters.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll own core areas of the platform day to day. Trade workflows, fund onboarding, permissions, application consistency. These aren't tasks you pick up and hand off. They're yours. You understand them, you manage them, and when something needs fixing you're the person who sees it through. You'll work directly with clients, not through layers of account management. You'll also work closely with engineering and project teams, which means you're not just reacting to problems. You're part of how the platform evolves. The exposure here is genuinely broad. Rather than supporting one narrow slice of a huge enterprise OMS, you'll get into trade workflows, OMS functionality, fund structures, permissions, financial data and client onboarding across the full investment lifecycle.
The company is growing and there are real paths forward inside the business, not just a title change every few years, but genuine growth as the platform scales.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- You'll bring real OMS experience at the L1/L2 level and strong financial knowledge.
- Experience across bonds, loans, CLO or private credit would put you in a strong position.
- You're comfortable owning problems end-to-end without needing someone to hand-hold the process.
LOCATION
This is fully remote.
Ready to own something rather than just support it? Get in touch. No up-to-date CV required.

Senior Level Application Support Analyst Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level application support analyst job?
Employers hiring at this level look for candidates who can own incident resolution end-to-end, lead root cause analysis, and mentor junior analysts without close supervision. A strong edge comes from documented experience managing critical production environments, working across development and operations teams, and driving process improvements that reduced downtime or accelerated resolution times. Certifications in ITIL, relevant platforms, or cloud infrastructure also strengthen your candidacy.
Which companies hire senior level application support analysts?
Companies hiring senior level application support analysts right now include The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Cls US Services, and Jack Henry & Associates, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Hiring at this level comes primarily from large enterprises, financial institutions, healthcare systems, and technology firms that depend on complex, always-on application environments and need experienced professionals to lead their support functions.
Are there remote senior level application support analyst jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and industry. About 92% of senior level application support analyst openings are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting demand from organizations that have distributed teams and need experienced analysts who can work independently and coordinate across time zones without on-site oversight.
What makes an application support analyst role senior level?
A senior level role is defined by ownership and scope rather than task execution. Senior analysts lead incident response and escalation workflows, make architectural recommendations, mentor and guide junior team members, and often serve as the primary liaison between support, development, and business stakeholders. The expectation is that you drive outcomes and improve the function, not just resolve individual tickets.
Which industries hire the most senior level application support analysts?
