Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Teacher Assistant! Duties
Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation, ensuring a smooth and productive day for all students
Support classroom management by helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment that encourages curiosity and learning
Help prepare educational materials and classroom supplies aligned with curriculum goals, including literacy, math, and early childhood development activities
Engage children in age-appropriate play, socialization, and learning exercises that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development
Assist with behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions and respectful classroom behavior
Collaborate closely with teachers to monitor student progress, document observations, and contribute to lesson planning efforts
Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, teachers, parents, and staff
Experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings
Knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards
Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
Technical proficiency in educational tools and basic classroom technology
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching support team
Experience in toddler care or preschool experience is preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom needs and support diverse learners effectively
