Duties
- Execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children.
- Facilitate age-appropriate activities that support childhood development milestones for toddlers through preschool-aged children.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, developmental needs, and classroom activities regularly.
- Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor developmental progress and inform instruction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's development, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with licensing requirements.
- Supervise assistant teachers and classroom staff to ensure high-quality care and educational standards are met consistently.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
- Experience with curriculum development across multiple domains such as literacy education, math, and preschool care.
- Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs is highly desirable.
