Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality delivery and timely execution
- Communicate effectively with partners, staff, and clients regarding engagement expectations, status, and key deliverables

- Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm
- Manage, coach, and develop audit staff, fostering a high-performing and growth-oriented team
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Demonstrated ability to lead, make independent decisions, and work with initiative
- Strong analytical skills related to financial statements and financial information
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Master's degree (preferred)
- Experience or developed specialties in retail, franchise, or hospitality industries (preferred)
