Job Summary
We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our project. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities and financial records. This position requires proficient in MS Excel and SAP skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, analyzing costs, and reconciling accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and clarify transaction details
- Ensure compliance with accounting laws, regulations, and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned from Administration team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Accounting or Treasury, or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (or any ERP) systems
- Good understanding of accounting regulations and compliance standards
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Required Skills
- High proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
- Experienced in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
- Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred for communication with other employees
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA or working towards certification
Additional Information
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Weekend work may be required depending on the workload

May occasionally be exposed to inclement or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to inadequate lighting, work space restrictions, and intense noises and travel; requiring moderate physical activities.
