- $70,000 - $80,000 with bonus opportunities
- Monday - Friday, Daytime hours.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Branch Manager oversees daily store operations to achieve or advance sales and margin goals. This involves promoting sales, delivering excellent customer service, nurturing inventory levels, and balancing expenses through purchase support. Additionally, the Branch Manager fosters facility and staff alignment to safety and regulatory standards, empowering team members in providing efficient customer service, maintaining good housekeeping, and harmonizing overall operational efficiency.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, providing excellent service.
- Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
- Manage order processing with care and accuracy, and coordinate timely product delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock in the store.
- Prepare sales reports and evaluate performance metrics to guide growth.
- Foster understanding and resolve customer inquiries to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain store operations and support merchandising efforts.
- Support and guide direct reports in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Ideally, you bring 5+ years of experience in the welding industry.
- Familiarity with digital tools or basic knowledge of SAP.
