Job Description
This position will provide senior level administrative support to include management of calendar and scheduling; preparation of correspondence, materials, and travel arrangements; and communication and coordination with other personnel, vendors, and customers including physicians and high level executives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree and 4 years of administrative experience or High School diploma/GED and 6 years of administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills dealing with customers, vendors, and company personnel
- A high degree of discretion, judgment, tact and poise
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software
- Proficiency using standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, faxes, etc.
- Punctual
