As an Arrhythmia Technician (AT) on iRhythm’s Clinical Operations team, you’ll apply your nursing expertise to advanced ECG analysis, helping clinicians detect and manage cardiac conditions that truly change patients’ lives — all while working in a predictable, hybrid model that supports work–life balance.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Arrhythmia Technician (AT) supports Zio AT Services by delivering high-quality cardiac monitoring and ECG interpretation. This role blends clinical decision-making, technology, and collaboration in a fast-paced but supportive environment. This is a hybrid position with weekly in-office attendance and remote work. Candidates must live within 70 miles of the Deerfield, IL office (unless otherwise designated as hybrid).

- Use your RN clinical judgment to review and interpret ECG rhythm data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient reports.
- Perform quality assurance on cardiac reports provided to physicians, helping guide real clinical decisions.
- Communicate critical cardiac findings clearly and confidently to medical professionals.
- Support patients directly by obtaining follow-up transmissions when needed.
- Continue developing advanced rhythm interpretation skills in a structured, supportive environment.
- Contribute to a culture focused on quality, compliance, and continuous learning.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- RN license (may be accepted in lieu of CCT, per company policy)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
Preferred
- Experience in cardiac, telemetry, ICU, ED, cardiac rehab, or diagnostic settings
- Background in ECG monitoring, telemetry, or rhythm interpretation
- Interest in developing advanced cardiac diagnostics expertise
