Schedule: Day and Night Shifts | Full-time / Part-time / PRN
We Are Hiring:
Via Christi associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through our academic partnership with Wichita State University.
What You Will Do:
- Provide hands-on assistance with basic patient care under the guidance of licensed nursing staff
- Support safe patient movement, transfers, and positioning
- Observe and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team promptly
- Accurately document care activities and observations in patient records
- Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and ensure medical equipment is properly cared for and ready for use
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED or an active CNA Certification required.
Additional Preferences:
- Previous experience in a caregiving role
