Client Relationship Executive Jobs in Rhode Island: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a client relationship executive in Rhode Island?
Most Rhode Island employers require a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, plus several years in account management or sales. The role carries no state-issued license in Rhode Island, so hiring decisions center on demonstrated revenue outcomes and relationship tenure. Candidates targeting financial services firms often benefit from FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 registrations, which Rhode Island recognizes, and those pursuing healthcare accounts may need familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards.
Which companies hire client relationship executives in Rhode Island?
Companies currently hiring client relationship executives in Rhode Island include Navigant Credit Union, Webster Bank, and JPMorganChase, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Rhode Island's deep concentration of insurance carriers, regional banks, and healthcare organizations means openings recur consistently across the Providence metro and suburban Warwick corridor throughout the year.
Which Rhode Island cities have the most client relationship executive jobs?
Johnston, Barrington, and Providence lead Rhode Island for client relationship executive openings. Providence dominates because it is home to the state's largest corporate campuses and financial institutions, while Warwick draws openings from insurance and healthcare headquarters clustered near T.F. Green Airport, and Newport's wealth management and hospitality sectors generate a smaller but steady stream of senior client-facing roles.
Are there remote client relationship executive jobs in Rhode Island?
Yes, and they are fairly common given that client relationship executive work is largely communication and strategy-based rather than on-site. About 0% of client relationship executive openings tied to Rhode Island are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with fully remote arrangements most prevalent in technology, SaaS, and national financial services accounts where clients are distributed across multiple states.
How can I get hired as a client relationship executive in Rhode Island with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a client services coordinator or account associate role at one of Rhode Island's large insurance or healthcare organizations, where structured onboarding programs at employers like Amica Mutual or Care New England give candidates direct exposure to portfolio management. From there, lateral moves from inside sales, customer success, or operations roles are common stepping stones. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification or a FINRA Series 6 registration while in an entry role signals readiness for executive-level client responsibility.
Where can I find and apply to client relationship executive jobs in Rhode Island?
You can find and apply to client relationship executive jobs in Rhode Island on Migrate Mate, which lists current Rhode Island openings updated regularly. Search the listings, identify the roles that match your background and preferred location, and apply directly to each one without any intermediary step.
