Position Overview

The Success Manager ensures operational efficiency, effective client management, and smooth fulfillment across the organization. You’ll work directly with the CEO and team to manage workflows, lead team accountability, and ensure every client receives exceptional service and measurable results.

This is a leadership role ideal for someone who loves building systems, managing people, and bringing order to growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, projects, and service delivery across multiple divisions.
• Lead team meetings, manage workflows, and ensure timely task completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and optimize systems in ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Google Workspace.
• Create, document, and refine SOPs for scalable operations.
• Generate weekly KPI and performance reports for the CEO.
• Anticipate challenges, provide solutions, and drive accountability across departments.
• Support company growth and expansion initiatives through structure, leadership, and consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, client success, or project management.
• Proven ability to lead people and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experienced using platforms like ClickUp, dubsado or GoHighLevel.
• Tech-savvy and confident using CRM, Google Workspace, and automation tools.
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and emotionally intelligent.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, consulting, or service-based businesses

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, Canva, or Google Workspace
• A background in home care, coaching, women’s empowerment, or small business growth
• A desire to grow into a long-term leadership role
