Clinical Coordinator Jobs in Denver: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a clinical coordinator job in Denver?
Focus your search on Denver's major health systems, specialty practice groups along the Fitzsimons and Anschutz corridors, and the managed care and insurance organizations headquartered downtown. Candidates with experience in care management software, patient intake workflows, or a specific specialty such as oncology or behavioral health move faster in Denver's market. Volunteering or gaining experience at a federally qualified health center in the metro can also open doors quickly.
Which companies hire clinical coordinators in Denver?
Employers hiring clinical coordinators in Denver right now include HCA HealthONE Rose, HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's, and Medpace, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Denver's hiring landscape is anchored by large academic health systems, multi-site specialty clinics, and regional managed care plans that maintain dedicated care coordination teams.
Are there remote clinical coordinator jobs in Denver?
Yes, though with limits: purely hands-on coordination roles tied to patient-facing duties are rarely remote, while utilization management, case coordination, and insurance authorization roles can be fully remote or hybrid. About 0% of clinical coordinator openings tied to Denver are remote or hybrid as of August 2026. In Denver, the most remote-friendly subset tends to be positions with managed care organizations and telehealth-integrated health systems.
How can I get a clinical coordinator job in Denver with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Denver is transitioning from a medical assistant, patient services representative, or referral coordinator role at one of the city's community health centers or multi-site primary care groups. Denver Health and federally qualified health centers across the metro regularly hire coordinators at the entry level. Familiarity with Epic or a similar EHR and any experience handling prior authorizations gives applicants a concrete edge over candidates without clinical office exposure.
Which industries hire the most clinical coordinators in Denver?
Most clinical coordinator openings in Denver sit in Healthcare & Medical Services and Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Denver's role as a regional hub for academic medicine, managed care, and growing behavioral health services drives consistent demand across those sectors throughout the year.
