Clinical Research Associate Jobs in Phoenix, AZ

Evolve Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our growing multi-site clinical research network in Arizona.

This position supports clinical trials conducted at our Phoenix (main location) and Mesa sites, and travel between sites may be required based on study and operational needs. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Assistant at a clinical research site is required.
• Phlebotomy experience is required.
• Experience working in a healthcare, medical, or clinical setting is required.
• Must reside in Arizona.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Research and Principal Investigator, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day conduct and coordination of clinical trials in accordance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), sponsor requirements, and site procedures.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and complete protocol-required study visits.
• Pre-screen potential participants for clinical trial eligibility.
• Support participant recruitment and enrollment activities.
• Complete and maintain accurate source documentation and study records.
• Collect and document adverse events and concomitant medications.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect biological specimens.
• Process, package, and ship specimens, including blood, urine, and swab samples.
• Obtain and document vital signs and physical measurements, including height, weight, and waist circumference.
• Perform electrocardiograms (ECGs).
• Perform pulmonary function testing and spirometry, as required by study protocols.
• Dispense and/or administer investigational product, when applicable and within scope of training and delegation.
• Maintain investigational product accountability and study-related documentation.
• Communicate with investigators, participants, sponsors, CROs, and other study personnel as needed.
• Assist with maintaining study compliance and ensuring protocol-required activities are completed within required timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using RealTime CTMS/eSource or similar clinical research systems.
• Experience working across multiple clinical trials or therapeutic areas.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Work Location

This is primarily an on-site position supporting our Mesa and Phoenix research locations.

Travel between Evolve Clinical Research locations may be required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Pay will be determined based on the candidate's clinical research experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the position.
