Position Summary:
The Clinical Manager (RN) oversees day-to-day clinical operations, supervises field clinicians, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and supports interdisciplinary coordination. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of care and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical oversight and support to nurses, therapists, and home health aides
- Review and approve OASIS, visit notes, care plans, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure timely initiation of care, recertifications, discharges, and supervisory visits
- Participate in case conferences and coordinate patient care across all disciplines
- Develop and implement performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives
- Train, mentor, and evaluate field staff
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state regulations, and agency policies
- Serve as a clinical resource for staff, patients, families, and referral sources
- Participate in surveys, audits, and agency readiness activities
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license – Required
- Minimum 1–2 years of home health experience (OASIS experience preferred)
- Prior leadership/management experience in home health strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and home health regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and support a multidisciplinary team
