We are seeking Associate Laboratory Project Services Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia, CA.

JOB SUMMARY:
Manage laboratory aspects of assigned clinical trial projects from start-up through closeout while serving as a key client contact throughout the study lifecycle. In this role, you will help ensure quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget while supporting strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Manage assigned clinical trial projects across start-up, maintenance, and closeout activities
- Review study protocols, budgets, and project requirements to support effective study planning and set-up
- Lead client communications and serve as the primary point of contact for study-related laboratory services
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, study scope, budgets, change orders, and project risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support milestones, and maintain service quality
- Oversee protocol-specific laboratory documentation, instructional materials, and study plans
- Report study progress to internal and external stakeholders and drive proactive problem resolution
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferred
- Typically requires 2 - 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Working knowledge of project management processes and central laboratory operations, including kits and supplies, logistics, specimen storage, data reporting and transfers, and site alerts preferred
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems, or equivalent experience with similar centralized laboratory systems preferred
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English language
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization, composure under pressure, and meeting deadlines
- Working understanding of medical and clinical research terminology
- Experience leading problem solving and resolution efforts in a timely, client-focused manner

COMPENSATION:
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $129,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
