What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll serve as the clinical leader for your caseload and collaborate closely with therapists, families, and interdisciplinary providers to develop meaningful, individualized programming.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Designing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming
- Providing caregiver training and support
- Conducting regular treatment plan reviews and updates
- Supporting a positive, learner-centered culture throughout the center
- Contributing ideas to improve clinical quality and organizational systems
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery
- Perform client intake assessments, develop treatment goals, and coordinate care with families, schools, and other service providers
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support clients during therapy sessions in both clinic and home-based settings when applicable, ensuring consistent application of behavioral strategies

Qualifications
Required:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing

- Strong written and verbal client communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and healthcare providers
