Pathways Services is seeking a Colorado-licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to provide in-person behavioral health and substance use services in Delta, Colorado on a 1099 independent contractor basis.
The clinician will provide assessments, individual counseling, treatment planning, and related clinical services to adults who may be experiencing behavioral health concerns, substance use, housing instability, justice-system involvement, or other complex needs.
Duties
- Conduct behavioral health and substance use assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide individual counseling and other appropriate clinical services.
- Develop treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with Pathways staff and community partners when appropriate.
- Maintain reliable follow-through with accepted referrals and clients.
Skills
- Current Colorado behavioral health license appropriate to the services provided.
- LPC, LCSW, or LMFT strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.
- Experience with behavioral health and/or substance use services.
- Comfortable working with complex or underserved populations.
- Medicaid experience preferred.
Compensation & Schedule
- 1099 independent contractor.
- Compensation: 60% of collected clinical revenue.
- No guaranteed hours or caseload.
- Approximately 5–15 hours per week depending on referrals and clinician availability.
- Flexible schedule.
- Regular in-person availability in Delta is required.
Pathways provides office space, EHR access, billing and claims support, credentialing assistance, administrative support, and referrals.
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
