Genesys APIs, Genesys Cloud CX, J2EE development, API Development, Genesys Cloud CX Developer/Architect with Softphone
Roles & Responsibilities
- Mandatory Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
- Develop roadmap for CCaaS transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Experience in Softphone API integration with Genesys CX.
- Experience in Genesys SDK.
- Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.
- Strong experience with Node.JS/Rest, SOAP and Genesys APIs.
- Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
- Strong experience in Genesys Cloud admin and configuration including contact center, telephony, routing, people and permissions, and outbound.
- Experience in Genesys installation and configuration.
- Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues.
Desired skills:
- Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
- Exposure to Java/J2EE development and API Development/Scripting integration.
- Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
